Beloved local baking supplies retailer, Phoon Huat, was just starting up its e-commerce game in 2020. They were forced to level up quickly because of the pandemic when there was a sudden surge in demand by retail customers through their online shop, Redmanshop.com.

Whilst they managed on the backend for operations and deliveries, they quickly realised that the product descriptions they had for Redman products were sorely lacking. Those descriptions they had were good enough for longstanding B2B clients who already understood what they were buying, but they were not designed to sell to a range of home bakers and other B2B clients like F&B outlets.

We stepped in to super power the business by creating easy to understand copy, designed specifically to educate customers on how to use the product and lend a little inspiration to their baking and cooking imaginations.
